Payment Process

All payments must be made through a PayPal invoice. An official invoice will be issued to you via PayPal, which will include the total cost of the commission and any applicable fees. Payments will only be accepted through this method, and no other payment options will be provided.Once the details of the commission have been finalized and agreed upon, the project will be added to my queue. Work on the commission will begin according to the order in which it was added to the queue, and will proceed once payment is received.After the commission starts, I’ll provide a rough sketch for your approval. This is the time to request any major changes or adjustments. Please review the sketch carefully, as any significant changes after this point may result in additional charges.Once the artwork is all finished, I’ll deliver the final image straight to you—ready for your viewing pleasure xo.

Communication

I am available for communication primarily through Twitter and Discord. My Discord contact information is available upon request and is provided exclusively to clients with whom I am actively working. For initial inquiries or general communication, please reach out via Twitter.Commissions will usually take 2-6 weeks, however if more time is needed, I will let you know in advance.UPDATES

Each commission includes a limit of 3 revisions to the initial sketch. Revisions are defined as any changes or adjustments made to the sketch, including but not limited to composition, line work, and other artistic elements. Once the sketch is approved and the artwork progresses to the next stages, any further revisions will incur an additional charge.To minimize additional costs, clients are encouraged to provide clear, specific instructions and any relevant reference materials before the start of the project. This will help ensure the final artwork aligns with your vision with minimal need for revisions.

Refunds

Refunds will not be issued once the sketch has been approved, except in cases where I am unable to complete your commission due to personal circumstances. Please ensure you are satisfied with the sketch before approval to avoid any issues.

Kindly refrain from altering the final version of my artwork without my consent, which includes modifications by other artists or removing my watermark and signature.Please do not reproduce/resell my artwork for commercial purposes without permission.
